Hive is hiring a Special Operations Manager UK to own the performance of its MAN1 Stoke-on-Trent fulfilment centre. The role manages the operational relationship with the 3PL partner, owns KPIs and escalations, drives productivity and cost improvements, leads partner-team enablement and merchant onboarding, and sets the site’s operational vision. It requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, onsite work in the Stoke-on-Trent area, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Compensation is £50,497–£88,955 depending on level, with medical coverage, pension coverage, and an equity incentive plan.
