STS Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to join their team as a Special Process Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuous compliance with NADCAP requirements for Fluid Distribution Systems (FDS) and Welding special processes. This includes developing and implementing special process procedures, conducting audits, performing root cause analyses, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining quality and meeting aerospace standards.
