Description
The Supervisor reviews and processes medical claims for health plans, assigns or reviews ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes, enters and reviews claims in a billing system, checks missing documentation, and obtains information from physicians. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of healthcare billing, collections, and coding experience, automated billing-system experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience coaching, training, and implementing new clients.
