The role manages a mix of current and new clients, coordinates corrective actions with internal teams, maintains client relationships, and communicates with financial professionals. It requires 8–10 years of 401(k) plan administration and consulting experience, strong knowledge of ADP/ACP and 401(k) testing, and the ability to independently manage a book of business.
