Cresta is hiring a founding Special Projects Lead for its AI Agent Team to scale production AI-agent deployments and the business around them. The role owns weekly business reviews and OKRs, builds knowledge-management and scaling processes, supports hiring and team growth, and leads cross-functional special projects across product, go-to-market, and operations. Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in high-velocity environments, a strong operational background, and strong communication skills; AI-native or agent-building experience is a bonus. The role offers a base salary of $170,000–$225,000 plus equity and benefits.
