Description
The Special Projects Lead operates as the operational quarterback of Bolt Farm Treehouse's strike team, scoping and prioritizing projects, running cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through handoff, staffing team members, removing blockers, and mentoring Special Projects Drivers and Associates. The role reports directly to the Founder, requires at least three years of cross-functional project experience, AI-augmented workflow experience, and a portfolio of shipped projects, and is based in Whitwell, Tennessee with hybrid on-site deployment periods.
