Onja is hiring a Special Projects Manager in Toamasina, Madagascar to oversee the research, ideation, business planning, legal and operational foundations, and execution of new ventures, including Hirety.io and Neuralverse.ai. The role manages multiple projects across different maturity stages, evaluates which ideas to pursue, coordinates with the Enterprise Manager and founder, and builds relationships with external stakeholders. The position requires strong research, leadership, business thinking, and English communication skills, offers 25% remote work, visa sponsorship, and sponsored flights, and requires relocation for at least 12 months.
