Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

8 years of project budgeting, forecasting, reporting, capacity planning, quality assurance, equipment turn-up, testing, and acceptance experience
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or master's degree in technology
15 years of relevant industry experience with technical leadership and people management
Experience with RFPs, project scheduling, cost engineering, procurement, and vendor consulting
