The Special Services Associate processes and ships specialized customer orders, including product samples, corporate gifts, thank-you cards, and product information packets. The role operates customer-information systems, measures and sews garments, answers customer inquiries, maintains records, folds and packages items, assembles swatch samples, and operates equipment such as a swatch press, grommet punch, and paper cutter. The position is based at 10462 Hickory Hill Road in Ashland, Virginia, runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and requires strong organization, customer service, communication, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
