The Transportation Coordinator supports members requiring recurring transportation by providing courteous customer service, scheduling standing orders, demand trips, and subscription trips through the NET InSight transportation management system, verifying insurance, retrieving appointment messages, maintaining accurate member records, and supporting dispatchers and new-employee training. The role requires communication, computer and typing, customer service, and teamwork skills, along with a high school education or equivalent.
