Description
The Transportation Coordinator supports members requiring recurring transportation by providing courteous customer service, scheduling standing orders, demand trips, and subscription trips through the NET InSight transportation management system, verifying insurance, retrieving appointment messages, maintaining accurate member records, and supporting dispatchers and new-employee training. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, customer service experience, basic computer and typing skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a busy environment.
