Description
The role leads on-the-job training for AO at NT1, provides training-related support and coordination, delivers learning solutions for production-area employees, and manages plant-wide training plans and KPI benchmarks. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, with Engineering and Technology education preferred, and experience in training, learning, organizational development, and LMS implementation in a manufacturing organization. The position also follows site EHS procedures and may support ISO quality and environmental management standards.
