Description
The role leads on-the-job training for AO at NT1, provides technical training and learning solutions for direct-labour employees in production areas, coordinates plant-wide training, and supports training-related projects aimed at improving manufacturing performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, with Engineering and Technology education preferred, and experience in training, education, learning, organizational development, and LMS implementation in a manufacturing organization. The position also follows site EHS procedures and may support ISO quality and environmental management standards.
