Roland Berger is hiring a Specialist in Accounting to support and monitor finance accounting activities across its global organization while serving as an interface between global and local Finance & Controlling colleagues. The role involves preparing and recording accounting entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, the general ledger, and bank reconciliations, validating postings, collaborating with tax and controlling teams, and participating in accounting projects. Candidates need a university degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, at least one year of professional accounting experience, strong analytical and implementation skills, business-fluent English, and experience with MS Office and ERP software, ideally SAP.
