Description
The savings bank is seeking a Specialist Advisor (m/f/d) Construction Financing to provide construction financing consultations, assess credit requests, manage refinancing with competing institutions, prepare credit resolutions and application documents, and coordinate with cooperation partners, public funding, real estate advisors, and other departments. The role requires further qualification as a bank business administrator or a business/economic degree, ideally initial construction-financing experience, and offers full-time or part-time employment with an indefinite contract, benefits, and flexible working conditions.
