Description
The Specialist – Air Freight will operate invoice-preparation services for air freight, including auto and manual rating, posting revenue charges, printing invoices, managing GSConnect and CargowiseOne requests, and coordinating with country representatives and stakeholders. The role also involves process analysis, quality control, documentation, compliance, performance targets, customer satisfaction, and additional projects. A bachelor's degree, 3–4 years of experience, billing or invoicing experience, ERP knowledge, and strong communication skills are required; logistics or air freight operations experience is advantageous.
