Interactive Brokers is hiring a Specialist to provide client support and manage tax, account, compliance, and operational matters for institutional and retail clients. The role handles tax documentation, W-8/W-9 and certificate-of-residence validation, European tax-account maintenance, AML and KYC checks, client inquiries, and process improvements. It requires finance, engineering, or similar education; ICA, FINRA, or similar industry qualifications; experience with Introducing Brokers or Financial Advisors; and strong communication, analytical, and ticketing-system skills.
