Description
NICE is hiring a Specialist Automation Engineer to join a cross-functional Scrum team and own end-to-end quality for software modules and releases. The role leads test automation and QA strategy, designs AI-assisted testing approaches, identifies defects, improves coverage and risk mitigation, and supports discovery, epic reviews, and release readiness. It requires a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial, or Electronics Engineering, 8–11 years of automation QA experience, and expertise in Playwright, Cucumber, API testing, SQL, microservices, CI/CD, and related tools. The position follows a hybrid NICE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
