The role translates customer and business needs into epics, user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, and test plans; collaborates with product, engineering, architecture, UX, and stakeholders; and supports backlog prioritization, release planning, demonstrations, and documentation. Candidates need a master’s, bachelor’s, or diploma in a relevant field with the corresponding years of experience, along with Agile, web-application requirements, JIRA, and Python or Java experience.
