Coda is hiring an Onboarding and Support Specialist based in Malaysia to support KYC operations and merchant support within its B2B Operations organization. The role handles KYC onboarding, documentation review, remediation, account reviews, publisher queries, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and process improvements. It is a six-month contractor position with possible conversion to full-time, and requires strong English communication, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and analytical skills; KYC, compliance, onboarding, and fintech experience are preferred.
