Description
Vodacom is hiring a BSS Software Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy business support systems, including Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic, SOA/OSB, Java services, APIs, and microservices. The role covers requirements analysis, technical documentation, project delivery, customer and internal support, cybersecurity, production and non-production environment maintenance, deployments, and coordination with development, testing, and operations teams. The position is based in Midrand and requires a relevant engineering or computer science qualification, 2–5 years of telecoms experience, and expertise in Java, UNIX, CI/CD, databases, web services, Linux, DevOps, and cloud platforms.
