Description
The Business Specialist – Enterprise Applications will analyze, define, and support business processes and enterprise application solutions across Harman’s global digital landscape, focusing on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The role partners with business stakeholders, performs gap and requirements analysis, supports solution design, testing, defect triage, deployment readiness, and post-go-live activities, and contributes to training and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience supporting enterprise ERP applications, with hands-on SAP experience and knowledge of core ERP processes.
