Description
The Specialist, Change leads the development and execution of change management strategies for key initiatives across Commercial Insurance. Reporting to the Change Lead, the role partners with business leaders and project teams to assess impacts, risks, and stakeholder needs; develop change plans; drive awareness, engagement, training, adoption, and sustainable behavior change; and coordinate activities with Communications, HR, Learning & Development, and other partners. The position requires 8–10 years of experience leading complex business projects, change management, and project delivery initiatives, along with strong organizational change, project and program management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. A PROSCI certification or equivalent is an asset, and the salary range is $73,500–$123,500.
