Ford Charging is hiring an Operations Manager to develop value proposition data, performance improvement strategies, and operational workflows for electric vehicle chargers and related hardware. The role oversees operations efficiency, technical planning, backlog management, reporting, compliance, revenue optimization, process mining, quality assessments, and internal audits, while partnering with internal stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant operations, product management, analytics, system dynamics, quality assurance, or business experience, and is hybrid with four days in the office per week in Southeast Michigan. The position offers a base salary range of $84,480 to $166,200 and does not provide visa sponsorship.
