BNY Transfer Agency is hiring a Specialist, Client Processing II for its Transfer Agency team in Luxembourg. The role manages reconciliation risks, responds to client queries and escalations, coordinates with internal and external fund-service teams, supports fund launches and client onboarding, monitors service-level agreements, and ensures the quality and completion of work. Candidates should have a third-level qualification or equivalent education and experience, 3–5 years of financial-services experience, and broad knowledge of transfer-agency operations; transfer-agency experience is preferred but not essential.
