Everise is seeking a Specialist/Coach to join their team. This role involves collaborating with site Supervisors to implement daily plans aimed at improving sales performance among Agents/Representatives. The Specialist/Coach will provide real-time coaching guidance and facilitate calibration sessions both individually and in groups. Additionally, they will act as a liaison between Agents/Representatives and Supervisors, ensuring adherence to Everise's culture and fostering a motivated team environment.
