Description
The Specialist Construction Manager will independently manage technical building services trades on new-build and revitalization projects, including utility supply technology and electrical engineering. The role controls quality, schedules, costs, quantities, subcontractor coordination, invoicing, and customer technical support, while collaborating with project and construction management. Applicants need a relevant degree or comparable qualification, initial construction-management experience, knowledge of VOB and technical regulations, software proficiency, and strong communication skills; Lean Management, takt planning, and BIM 360 experience are welcomed.
