FERMO is hiring a Specialist Construction Site Manager – Heating & Plumbing to lead heating and plumbing projects, coordinate specialist partners and subcontractors, manage scheduling, quality, and costs, review planning and execution documentation, provide technical support, and improve building-services processes. The role requires a Master craftsman qualification in SHK or plant engineering, several years of relevant construction or technical management experience, expertise in residential heating and plumbing systems, and a class B driver’s license.
