FERMO is hiring a Specialist Construction Site Supervisor – Heating & Plumbing to lead the heating and plumbing division across construction projects. The role coordinates specialist partners, subcontractors, and internal teams; manages schedules, quality, and costs; reviews plans and execution documents; supports construction site managers on HVAC/HSPK matters; and develops building-services processes and standards. Candidates need a master craftsman qualification or comparable experience, several years of construction-site management or technical leadership experience, HVAC/HSPK installation and implementation experience, and a class B driver’s license.
