Description
Baxter is hiring a Specialist, Controllership to support regional controlling activities across countries in scope, including Brazil. The role leads statutory, US GAAP, and tax accounting and reporting; prepares for external statutory audits; liaises with local tax authorities; resolves complex accounting and tax issues; and supports financial controls and process improvement. It requires at least seven years of general accounting experience, knowledge of local and international accounting and tax practices, strong US GAAP knowledge, English fluency, and a master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA/CPA qualification. International travel and additional work during month-end or on public holidays may be required.
