Description
The role supports the testing and validation of iCap-AI's customs document data extraction capabilities across designated countries. It selects and ingests test cases, validates AI-extracted data against source customs documents and country-specific requirements, documents extraction defects and exceptions, coordinates findings with product, engineering, and customs stakeholders, and contributes to validation methodology improvements. The position requires knowledge of customs declaration processes, customs documentation, functional testing, and quality validation, along with a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant customs or trade-compliance experience.
