Description
The Specialist Dental Assistant assists specialists with advanced clinical and dental procedures, prepares and sterilizes instruments, maintains infection-control and clinic standards, supports patient comfort, performs desk duties, manages specialist-instrument inventory, and mentors junior staff. The role requires at least two years of experience assisting with specialist procedures such as endodontics, orthodontics, or prosthodontics, along with strong communication, decision-making, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
