Norton Rose Fulbright is hiring a Docketing Specialist to support its Intellectual Property practice by maintaining docketing systems, managing deadlines, processing trademark prosecution and appellate matters, auditing transfer files, and troubleshooting docketing issues. The role is based in Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio, Texas, with a hybrid policy requiring office work as needed and allowing remote work unless otherwise requested. Applicants need at least five years of professional experience, US and foreign trademark docketing experience, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred; knowledge of docketing software and Microsoft Office are also valued.
