Grab Vietnam is hiring a Driver Enforcement Specialist in Ho Chi Minh City to enforce driver compliance, investigate violations, review safety records, interview drivers and witnesses, document enforcement cases, communicate outcomes, track compliance metrics, and monitor Vietnamese regulations and company policies. The role requires at least three years of experience in driver enforcement, compliance, or regulatory work, along with investigation, analytics, reporting, database, and spreadsheet skills; English proficiency, conflict-resolution or communication training, transportation or fleet-management experience, and case-management or data-automation experience are preferred.
