The role develops and maintains engaging digital learning solutions, including microlearning, job aids, videos, assessments, and LMS modules; supports application rollouts; manages multiple projects; and reviews and improves courses. Candidates need a degree in adult learning, education, or technology, at least three years of eLearning design experience, French-English bilingual ability, and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, video tools, HTML5, LMS administration, and accessibility standards. The position offers a total compensation range of $66,352 to $96,036 annually, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
