Fisica Inc. is hiring an Electrical Engineer for its Datron business unit in Simi Valley, California. The role is 100% onsite and follows a 9/80 schedule, supporting aerospace and defense programs through circuit design, PCB schematic and layout, hardware debugging, testing, cable harness design, power and signal integrity analysis, BOM management, and manufacturing support. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with the stated experience, or an alternative eight-year experience path, along with security-clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship. The salary range is $90,500 to $168,500, with health and disability insurance and other benefits.
