L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Electrical Engineer to serve as a hardware engineer on its Intercommunication Systems development and support team in Waco, Texas. The role covers advanced digital and mixed-signal hardware design, schematic capture, simulation, manufacturing, integration, verification, troubleshooting, and repair across the design, execution, and support phases. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related STEM field with at least four years of relevant experience, or an alternative eight-year engineering experience path, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance. Some travel under 10% is required.
