L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Electrical Engineer in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on a 9/80 schedule. The role leads and supports electrical design teams developing new products, owns design cost and schedule, reports earned-value metrics, performs component, subsystem, and system-level design trades and analyses, and collaborates with systems, mechanical, optical, software, firmware, and manufacturing engineering staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or eight years of experience in lieu of a degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
