Description
Baxter is hiring a Specialist Engineer, OPEX to lead operational improvement and continuous improvement initiatives at a manufacturing site. The role owns the plant savings program, coordinates GPS technology assessments, applies industrial engineering and Lean Manufacturing techniques, and develops other OPEX engineers. It requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field, at least five years of relevant experience, Lean or Six Sigma certification, and expertise in Lean systems, problem solving, and industrial engineering applications.
