L3Harris is hiring a Specialist, Engineering Services in Rochester, New York, to support the design, documentation, requirements management, integration, troubleshooting, and testing of electronic, mechanical, and software devices, products, and systems. The role works with development engineers, performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, subsystem and system-level verification and validation, repairs and calibrates equipment, and may support acceptance testing or user training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least four years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least two years of related experience, or eight years of related experience in lieu of a degree, along with the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
