Description
The client is hiring a Specialist Excavation Foreman / Piling Foundations to independently manage and execute demanding deep-construction and piling-foundation projects in power plant, energy, and industrial construction. The role includes organizing and controlling regional construction sites, coordinating commercial teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with construction law and regulations such as VOB, BGB, and HOAI, and supporting projects from site organization through completion. The position is based in Emden with regional assignments in Northwest Germany, offers permanent employment, tariff-based remuneration, company vehicle or statutory allowances, and additional benefits.
