Description
The Specialist, Financial Operations will drive transformation across Rights & Royalties operations by combining business analysis, data analytics, workflow automation, dashboards, and process controls. The role partners with Finance, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to improve royalty accuracy, cycle times, data quality, reporting, decision-making, and audit readiness. It requires 3–4 years of experience in business, data, BI, or transformation analysis, along with Tableau or Looker, SQL, GCP/BigQuery, Power Automate, stakeholder management, and communication skills; royalties, rights, licensing, publishing, or revenue-share experience is preferred.
