Description
The role leads and supervises small construction crews on specialist foundation works, including bore piles, micropiles, anchoring, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing. It also coordinates materials and equipment, supports work preparation and site documentation, and monitors quality, deadlines, occupational safety, and environmental protection. The position requires a civil engineering, earthworks, specialist foundation construction, or construction technician qualification, practical hands-on experience, strong German and English skills, and willingness to travel to construction sites across Germany, with a focus on the south and mid regions.
