SoftwareOne is hiring a full-time permanent Specialist (gn) Microsoft Bonus & Incentive Programs in Leipzig with an immediate start. The role supports country organizations with incorrect or missing incentive payments, consolidates large volumes of data from various portals, checks incentive programs for accuracy and completeness, coordinates with Microsoft, Sales, Finance, and internal Sales teams, and develops processes and tools for incentive management. Candidates should have strong numerical and data-handling skills, experience with Microsoft tools, practical Navision experience, and initial knowledge of administering or customizing database applications such as SQL Server or Microsoft Access. Very good spoken and written German and English are required, while a vocational training or university degree is an advantage.
