The role involves consolidating operational data, developing dashboards, analyzing performance trends, coordinating cross-regional activities, and supporting workforce planning and capacity analysis. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in operations, analytics, or performance management, strong analytical and Excel or Power BI skills, and experience working with cross-regional teams.
