Forge Biologics is hiring a Specialist I, QA Operations (AAV Manufacturing) to support quality assurance in its cGMP AAV gene therapy manufacturing operations. The role reviews and approves batch records and controlled documentation, provides quality guidance to manufacturing personnel, supports deviations, CAPA, documentation control, audits, and continuous improvement, and may require cleanroom work and off-hours on-call support. The position is based at The Hearth in Columbus, Ohio, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance with 90% of premiums covered for the employee and family.
