The specialist in special needs education provides participation and inclusion assistance in workshop settings, documenting developments, coordinating routines, supporting schedules, and helping people with special needs navigate everyday life. The role may be full-time, part-time, or a mini-job, with a baseline pay of 20 euros per hour, holiday and Christmas pay, structured special-time payments, and up to 30 vacation days. Applicants should have an educational or special needs care qualification, German at least at B2 level, and an appreciative, pedagogical approach.
