Description
Carrier is hiring a Specialist, Industrial Engineering to analyze manufacturing processes, lead Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement projects, optimize layouts and workstations, increase production-line productivity, reduce waste, and generate annual cost savings. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement, participation in Lean Manufacturing projects, experience with time and motion studies, and advanced English; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
