Description
The Specialist Handler will handle litigated motor-instruction cases for insurers and the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, including reviewing files, developing litigation strategy, drafting legal documents, managing court hearings and conferences, negotiating with third-party solicitors, coordinating experts and insurers, and processing bills. The role requires at least 24 months of experience handling litigated claims, including Part 7 claims, and at least 12 months handling cases valued over £25,000, with intermediate or multi-track road-traffic accident experience and knowledge of indemnity or the MIB beneficial.
