Description
The Inventory Exceptions Specialist will resolve inventory discrepancies before and after customer delivery, coordinate with third-party logistics providers, process returns and exchanges, review Salesforce cases, and reconcile order and inventory data across ERP, WMS, and other logistics systems. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office and inventory-management proficiency, at least one year of inventory-control experience, and the ability to work at the Arhaus Boston Heights Corporate Campus.
